Is the first call free?

Yes. Your first phone call is free. It is a short screening call so we can understand your enquiry and confirm whether we can help. It is not a legal consultation and we don’t give legal advice on that call. If we can help, you can book a Case Review Consultation (€475 + VAT), where a solicitor reviews the merits of your case, your legal options, the process, likely costs and next steps.

How do I know which legal service I need?

If you’re unsure where your matter fits, call us. On the free initial call we’ll listen to what’s happening and tell you which service fits, or point you elsewhere if we can’t help.

What is Employment Matters?

Employment Matters is our specialist service for employers who need a workplace process run independently: investigations, mediation, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and training. Ormonde Solicitors handles the legal advice and representation, including WRC and Labour Court cases.

How much will my legal services cost?

Every matter is different. The first call is free. The Case Review Consultation is €475 + VAT, and at the end of it you’ll have a clear estimate for any further work. Employers can also book the fixed-fee €575 Employer Audit.

Do I need to visit your office in person?

Not necessarily. We can assist many clients through phone calls, video consultations, and email. If an in-person meeting is beneficial, we’ll gladly arrange one at our office.

How quickly can I speak with a solicitor?

We reply to enquiries within one working day to arrange your free initial call. For urgent employer matters, use Emergency Employer Support.
